Our Payment Policy

  • Payment Schedule

    • All tuition and fees must be paid upfront, prior to the commencement of the class or course.

  • Late Payment

    • Payments not received by the second class of the week will incur a 3% late payment fee based on the total amount due.

    • Continued participation in the course may be suspended if payment remains outstanding after the second class, until payment has been made.

  • Payment Methods

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, credit/debit card, or cash, as per your convenience. Please retain payment confirmations for your records.

  • Refund and Cancellation

    • Payments made for classes or courses are non-refundable
